Manga Book Club

Dive into the world of manga with fellow teens who love stories, art, and Japanese pop culture. The Manga Book Club is a welcoming space for ages 13–18 to read, discuss, and explore a wide range of manga—from action-packed adventures and fantasy epics to slice-of-life, romance, and beyond. Each meeting features lively group discussions, recommendations, and opportunities to share your favorite series and characters.

Each month, we’ll read two volumes of a selected series together. After the first few months, the group will decide whether to keep sampling the first two volumes of a new series each month or do a deeper dive into one or two series over several months. Teens who attend will be able to keep their copies of the manga. There will also be time to talk about favorite series and enjoy the occasional special manga- or anime-themed activity.
