Event Details
In this presentation, William Kirby, Food Systems and Safety Agent with the Clemson Cooperative Extension, will review the various methods of pickling foods and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. A demonstration will be provided for a couple of local favorite pickling methods.
