Program Description

Event Details

Critters and More is an interactive educational program where students can see—and optionally touch or hold—live animals and animal pelts. Participants learn the differences between mammals, reptiles, and other animals, how to identify venomous and non-venomous snakes, and why protecting wildlife matters.

The program encourages respect for animals and teaches how everyday actions, like preventing litter, help keep wildlife safe.
