Welcome to a pleasant afternoon at the Library. We'll have good books and good people to discuss our monthly novel. 

This month's book is...

This is Happiness by Niall Williams. 

This novel is about a 17-year-old boy who spends a transformative summer in his grandparents' rural Irish village, Faha, as electricity arrives for the first time. The story explores his coming-of-age, love, and the impact of change on a place that has been isolated for centuries, intertwined with the story of a mysterious man named Christy who arrives to introduce electricity and atone for a past wrong.
